- Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days across India. Metro cities often receive orders within 2-3 days. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Exchange
- What is your return policy?
- We offer 48-hour easy returns, counted from when the parcel is marked delivered. The product should be unused, in its original packaging with the certificate of authenticity. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of pickup.
- How do I initiate a return?
- Go to My Orders, select the item and tap Return. Our courier partner will pick it up from your doorstep — no questions asked.
- Can I exchange for a different design?
- Yes, exchanges are available within 48 hours of delivery. The price difference, if any, is adjusted at the time of exchange.

- Will the plating fade?

- Is it safe for sensitive skin?
- 925 silver is hypoallergenic and safe for most sensitive skin types, including for daily wear.
- How should I store my jewellery?
- Store each piece separately in the jewellery kit provided with your order. Wipe gently with the cleaning cloth after wear.
- What's the difference between 925 silver and 999 silver?
- 999 (fine) silver is nearly pure silver — soft, and too delicate for jewellery that gets everyday wear. 925 sterling silver is 92.5% silver alloyed with other metals for strength, which is why it's the standard for rings, chains and bangles worldwide.
- How can I tell if silver jewellery is genuine?
- Look for a 925 hallmark stamped on the piece, and check for a certificate of authenticity — every piece we sell ships with both.
- Is 925 silver good for everyday wear?
- Yes — it's hard enough for daily use and hypoallergenic for most skin types. Like any sterling silver, it can dull with air and moisture over time; a quick wipe with a soft cloth after wearing keeps the shine.
- Why is 925 silver used instead of pure silver?
- Pure (999) silver is too soft to hold its shape under daily wear — a ring or chain would bend and scratch easily. Alloying it to 92.5% silver with other metals gives it the strength jewellery needs without losing the look of silver.
